Due to the continued growth of the company, we require 3 Outdoor Learning Consultants to join our ever-growing family, each to cover a different area including Guildford, Newport and Cambridge. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking 3 ambitious individuals to join our Sales team as we continue to lead the way as the market leader in outdoor learning & play. You will be guided by the Department Manager to help design and create quality playground designs.

Responsibilities

All business opportunities come from our wonderful website and word of mouth. Our internal sales team will have spoken to the enquiring school/ nursery about their play area vision. •Meet with the schools to discuss the space in more detail. •Listen and understand the school’s requirements •Be creative and able to suggest additional ways of optimising the space to increase learning and play opportunities. •Calculate the costs and quoted the school/ nursery •Create a plan ready for our visualisation team to bring to life. We are currently looking for someone who will look after the proposed territories of Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Peterborough and Milton Keynes, as well as other various South West locations. Schools will be at the centre of your time, you’ll spend three days on the road visiting schools and two days at home.

Desirable but non-essential

•Experience working within the EYFS/Primary Education and knowledge of the curriculum(s) •Experience in project management and operational knowledge would be an advantage •A background in sports and outdoor learning spaces •Ability to plan & execute territory development strategies •Creative and detailed designer to draw and design outstanding play and learning spaces •Practically minded

Experience Required
