Skills: Must have experience of working with adults with acquired neurological diagnosis, specifically stroke.

Experience of managing both dysphagia and communication impairment post stroke

Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team

Candidate will be required to carry out home visits

Ideally car driver – however job could be completed using public transport if needed
