Our client, a leading employer in Luton & an established automotive producer are currently recruiting for experienced Reach and Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join its growing team near Luton town centre. Both inhouse licenses AND external licenses can be accepted for this role. Working within a friendly and rewarding environment with excellent management this is the ideal role for candidates looking for long term opportunities.

Job Role

  • No manual handling involved.
  • Responsible for stock relocation / Loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Using paperwork to correctly assign part deliveries.
  • Opportunity for training to be provided.

    • Working Hours

  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00 /14:00 - 22:00 on a 2 weekly rotating shift pattern.
  • Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:00 fixed shift

    • Pay Rates

  • Any hours worked between 06:00 - 16:00 paid at £12.18 per hour.
  • Any hours worked between 16:00 - 22:00 paid at £13.15 per hour.
  • Any hours worked between 22:00 - 06:00 paid at £14.25 per hour
