Job Title: Night Shunter Driver (Up to 26t)

Immediate Start - Tonight!

Location: Grays, London

Salary: £19.00 per hour

Hours: 22:00 - 06:00, Monday to Friday Nights

Are you an experienced and reliable Shunter Driver looking for immediate night work?

We are seeking a dedicated Shunter Driver to join our team for night shifts. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of vehicles up to 26 tonnes within our busy yard. If you have a strong work ethic and can start tonight, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently shunting vehicles up to 26 tonnes within the yard.

  • Ensuring vehicles are positioned correctly for loading and unloading.

  • Conducting pre-shift vehicle checks.

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

  • Adhering to all site safety regulations.

  • Accurate completion of relevant paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Shunter Driver.

  • Valid UK driving licence (clean licence required).

  • Ability to operate vehicles up to 26 tonnes.

  • Excellent reversing and manoeuvring skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

  • Reliable and punctual.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Availability to start tonight.
