Our client is an established Drinks Manufacturing company. Innovative and dynamic, they are constantly pursuing new ways to improve the services and products they offer. An opportunity has arisen for a Forklift Operator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

 

This is the ideal role for a Forklift Operator looking to develop their career with an award-winning company, who are experiencing exciting growth.

 

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the manufacturing process.

 

Your duties will include:

•         Servicing the line and immediate team.

•         Responsible for all 3 pre-form tippers and supporting the cap filler.

•       Take control of emptying waste and recycling, to include compressing recycling.

•         Carry out FLT inspections and complete records, reporting any defects. 

 

To be considered for the role of FLT Operator, you must have:

•         An in-date counterbalance certificate

•         Ability to learn new technology quickly, with a genuine desire to develop skills.

•         A good knowledge of production processes (Mixing, bottle blowing, filling, labelling, shrink wrapping & palletising).

Excellent attention to detail is required along with the need to be able to keep accurate records.

•         A high skill set for organisation and time management is required within the position at all times.

 

You will work on a 4 on 4 off continental shift pattern 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
