The role

is very much based around client engagement and exploring additional opportunities for business within these accounts. This is not a sales role.

Duties will include:

  • Using knowledge of clients and key accounts to cross-sell and up-sell to meet monthly gross profit targets
  • Be the main point of contact for larger, managed clients
  • Provide expert advice on products and ensure a strong relationship is being built with clients
  • Make pro-active calls to managed clients to assist in the growth and retention of accounts
  • Support all teams and contribute toward the success of the department/company

    • Experience, competencies and knowledge required

  • Previous account management / cross selling and up selling experience
  • Superb customer service / client service skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Self driven, motivated – with great communication skills
  • Driver with own transport (due to workplace location)
