Class 2 Waste Driver

Driver Hire Motherwell are currently looking for HGV Class 2 driver for a busy waste & recycling company in Cumbernauld.

This position will be ongoing with the potential to lead to permanent for the right candidate based on performance.

Duties include but not limited to;

– 0600 Start
– Monday to Friday
– Morning vehicle checks
– Use of the weigh bridge
– Collection of food waste from commercial premises
– Dealing with customers
– End of day vehicle checks

As a Class 2 driver, you must:
– Have Cat C on your licence
– Have previous one years driving experience
– Have previous experience within a similar role (Preferred)
– A valid CPC card
– A digital tachograph card

Rate of pay;
– Monday to Friday: £13.50ph PAYE, £15.12 PAYE advance
– Paid weekly
– 28 days paid holiday on pro rata PAYE
– Minimum 8hrs per day
