DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

To achieve high standards across the defined accountabilities of the Transport Operation.

Ensure a consistency high standard of performance is achieved within the team.

Be an active participant in the positive culture where respect for people colleagues, business needs and results is achieved.

Ensure the highest standards and timely reporting of H&S related matters

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Written and verbal communication skills.

Customer service.

Multitasking and prioritizing.

Dependability.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office & excel.

Problem-solving.

Ability to work under pressure.

Attention to detail.

London experience essential

Experience in the provision on PTS is desirable

Working within NHS environment desirable

At least 12 months experience of controlling a PTS Transport operation

Knowledge of Cleric IT System desirable

Customer & Patient facing aptitude
