You’ll be the go-to person for everything from receiving and storing goods to managing inventory levels and ensuring smooth deliveries. Leading and motivating a fantastic team, you’ll make the most of everyone’s unique skills to hit those top performance goals.

In this role, you’ll handle recruitment and day-to-day management, tackling issues like sickness, conflicts, and misconduct with a supportive and proactive approach. Setting expectations, monitoring progress, and identifying training needs will be part of your daily routine, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Your organisational skills will help you allocate tasks, keep customers happy, and maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.

You’ll also manage stock levels, prioritize Health and Safety, and ensure all procedures are followed. With a hands-on attitude, you’ll spot errors, find solutions, and drive efficiencies. Plus, you’ll coordinate with other departments and negotiate with transport suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.

If you’ve got proven experience as a Warehouse & Distribution Manager, excellent communication skills, and a knack for data management, we want to hear from you! A background in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration, along with forklift truck experience, would be a big plus.
