Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a HGV Tanker Relief Driver to work out of our client based in Stoke on Trent.

For this HGV Tanker Relief Driver role, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving a curtain sided heavy goods vehicle, you will also be required to drive the Tanker vehicle when there is annual leave/sickness. Training is provided.
  • Delivering to anything from a Mercedes forecourt, a back street garage or even a Royal Navy base delivering to the submarines, maximum 7 drops a day.
  • Nights out are involved.
  • 0400 - 0600 start times.
  • Delivering up to 5000 different products such as grease, anti-freeze, turbine engine oil etc.
  • Can be a dirty role as will occasionally be delivering to quarries.

    • For this HGV Tanker Relief Driver role, you will need:
  • Full UK Licence
  • CE Licence, CPC + Digi
  • ADR is desirable but not essential.
  • No more than 6 points

    Days/Hours of work: Monday to Friday (occasional run in on a Saturday)
    Pay: £16.54PH, time and a half Saturday and double time Sunday
    Location: Stoke on Trent
    Duration: Temp to Perm
