Join us as a Senior Technical Lead - Sales with extensive Amazon Web Services experience, offering a unique opportunity for personal and professional advancement.

The ideal candidate will showcase deep technical expertise in shaping strategies, creating business cases, and implementing AWS solutions for significant business transformations. We value inclusive leadership in the Servant-Leader model, along with a passion for business development. Your role involves active participation in client projects related to AWS implementation, as well as cultivating new business and supporting our Cloud and Digital practice.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate client relationships through business development and day-to-day consultancy.
  • Identify opportunities to boost technology revenue and enhance value in client engagements.
  • Foster the growth of our cloud transformation team, ensuring their engagement, support, and development.
  • Oversee consultancy output, including business case development, technical architecture definition on AWS platforms, and efficient implementation programs for timely client delivery.
  • Contribute to developing a Digital capability that attracts and retains top-tier consultants.

    • Qualifications

  • Commercial experience in a dynamic business environment, with a significant portion involving the definition and implementation of AWS solutions for business transformations.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle substantial information, make effective decisions, and guide teams to deliver optimal client outcomes.
  • Proven track record as a trusted technology leader, from building business pipelines to overseeing complex program delivery, identifying revenue opportunities, and driving business growth.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering accurate estimations and effectively communicating technical and non-technical components to internal teams and clients.
  • Experienced line manager and mentor, actively involved in supporting consultants' career development and team contributions.
  • Clear vision on effective approaches, architecture, and implementation, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of prioritizing time and building relationships across the Digital practice.
  • Comfortable collaborating openly with clients to work through solutions in a highly cooperative manner.
