In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient management of the stores area, ensuring goods are received and stored in accordance with established procedures. You will be required to conduct stock control as well as receiving and dispatching goods in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of stock control systems and the ability to operate a range of equipment, including hand pallet trucks and forklift trucks. Additionally, you will need to be proactive in organising and re-organising the stores area to ensure suitable access and efficient storage.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a stores environment
• Proven ability to manage stock control systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• The ability to operate a range of equipment
• Proven experience of reorganising stores areas
