We are looking for Production Operative to start immediately for our client based in Framlingham looking for Production Operative.

**OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL**

The successful Production Operative can expect:

  • Basic: £12.12 PAYE, £14.54 Umbrella
  • Nights: £13.33 PAYE, £16 Umbrella

    • As a Production Operative you must:

  • HNC in a manufacturing or engineering disclipline.
  • Previous experience in a Production / Manufacturing / Factory environment is desirable but not essential
  • Practical hands-on mechanical ability and problem solving
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a larger team
  • Organised and punctual
  • Able to work to deadlines with an attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work with and without direct supervision

    • Production Operative responsibilities include:

  • Set-up and running of multiple production lines and equipment.
  • QC testing products using a variety of equipment to ensure very high quality standards are maintained.
  • To produce the highest standard of work possible, in accordance with the Company‘s ISO9001 processes.
  • Experience of running extrusion lines preferable otherwise experience in plastic processing industry generally.
  • Have experience of setting and operating machinery within a manufacturing environment.

    • Shift Patterns:

  • Earlies: 0600hrs – 1430hrs (Mon-Fri)
  • Lates: 1400hrs – 1030hrs (Mon-Fri)
  • Nights: 2200hrs – 0600hrs (Sun-Thu)

    • This position is commutable from Framlingham, Ipswich, Saxmundham, Parham & Woodbridge.
