We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Team Manager to join our Bristol Depot. Working with our Distribution site lead, Warehouse, and Distribution Teams at our Bristol site you’ll be an important part of our work family. Ensuring our quality products are ready to be delivered to our customers on time and in full, with your eye always on quality.
Joining our team on a 4 on 4 off schedule, combined with your holiday entitlement, means you'll end up working less than six months of the year! This mean more time for you to relax, pursue hobbies, and spend quality time with your loved ones.

Essential Ingredients
• Experience of leading, mentoring and developing a team, ensuring they are motivated, trained and with the company goals
• Transport knowledge would be advantageous
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, including manufacturing, in order to maintain the highest quality and seamless supply chain operations
• Good working knowledge of SAP
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the warehouse team
The Recipe
As the Warehouse Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Bristol warehouse. You will lead a team of warehouse/Primary team members, overseeing their activities, setting performance goals and driving a culture of excellence. Your strategic thinking and operational expertise will help us maintain the highest standards in ensuring the freshest products are delivered on time and in full to our customers.

About Us
Our Bristol Distribution depot is located at Severn Beach, near Bristol. You’ll find us a 15-minute drive from the M5 and 10 minutes from Severn bridge if you’re heading over the bridge from Wales (Toll Free)!
We have 3 state of the art manufacturing plants and Bristol Bakery is the proud home to one of our latest innovations, The Bagel! Bristol manufacture and distribute over 12 different types of bakery products producing over 160,000 units of freshly baked products to delight families across the UK.
Bristol is also a dedicated Driver Training Centre and Distribution hub!
