:
As Warehouse worker, your existing counterbalance forklift experience will act as a foundation in this role and you will be open to Reach truck training and development. Key to this role will be your ability to work collaboratively with the Stores team, communicating order discrepancies to the Buyer and escalating any areas of concern to your Supervisor. You will receive, store, issue and record the traceability of all raw materials, equipment, spares, tools, PPE, consumables, and client provided materials on site and handle and store all materials and equipment in compliance with the requirements set out in datasheets, specifications or dictated by our on-site HSE and Quality functions.

Duties:
•Check accuracy of delivery “Transfer orders and Po lines”
•Check and confirm materials are as per purchase order; highlight discrepancies to Buyer/QA Dept
•Check Transfer Order materials as per TO paperwork and report any discrepancies
•Maintain material traceability and log accurate deliveries into WRL Analyse and upload material certification, informing Quality Assurance of any irregularities
•Update Project material document as and when deliveries arrive to eliminate production delays
•Store materials in respective designated areas or issue to relevant team
•Pick and issue materials as detailed on a parts list, electronically and physically, ensuring full material traceability
•Preserve materials to be held in Inventory
•Maintain Good Housekeeping for stores and yard area’s.
•Carry out daily forklift inspections highlighting any areas requiring maintenance or safety risks
•Fully formularise and conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times
•Load /Unload vehicles with Counterbalance FLT
•Remove and store materials in warehouse with D2 reach Truck record locations and enter into the WRL system
•Action E-mail requests in a timely manner to eliminate project hold ups.
