We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to support Yodel's established resourcing team based partly out of our Skyways Hub office, Liverpool.

The successful Recruitment Resourcer will provide a recruitment service across the full operations recruitment lifecycle. You will be an integral part of the resourcing team and responsible for supporting the resourcing team with all administration duties related to the candidate journey.

What you'll be doing

The successful candidate will provide support to the Recruitment Team, working to the agreed resourcing processes. This is a busy customer focused role, where you will have a high volume of applicants to screen over the phone daily. Telephone screening candidates will be your primary task.

In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Making and receiving a high volume of candidate calls
  • Screening candidates/ CVs for various employed and self-employed roles
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers via Resourcing Advisor regarding vacancy requirements and interview feedback
  • Liaise with Recruitment Advisor team and feedback to candidates following interview, providing constructive feedback where required
  • Advertise jobs on various job boards
  • Maintain our candidate database with the advisor team to ensure candidates are updated, progressed, or rejected as required
  • Support with the recruitment campaign to place Ex-Military candidates in suitable roles
  • Providing support in candidate attraction campaigns
  • Liaise with recruitment advisor team to support with any social media recruitment activity.
  • Update vacancy information on data reports
  • Supporting Manager's & on-site team with recruitment process and training requirements
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records for audit purposes
  • Support with team training

What you need to show us

You will be a passionate and driven individual looking to develop their skills within a large organisation. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • You'll be a confident communicator, love speaking to people and will be able to build effective relationships
  • You'll enjoy working in a busy and dynamic environment, be comfortable taking instructions and working at pace to deliver results.
  • Highly organised
  • You'll also be comfortable working with MS Office and able to pick up using our internal systems too.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel
  • You'll be flexible to work a varied shift pattern and be able to commit to some weekend working too. (Only during our busiest periods if required)
