Position: LGV Driver
Salary: £35,
Contract Type: Permanent full time
Shift patterns: Days between 6am - 6pm
Location: Culcavy Belfast
Closing date: Monday 29th July

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a LGV driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Upholds safe working practices and implements corrective actions where risks are observed. Essential
  • Understand customer requirements regarding security of people, goods, and equipment. Essential
  • Works within appropriate legislative framework regarding driving hours, condition of vehicle & safety of load essential.
  • Hold a valid HGV class 2 Cat C license tachograph card and CPC Essential
  • Able to operate IT systems Essential
  • Has a comprehensive knowledge of the geography and road networks within the distribution area, desirable
  • Has a good level of numeracy and literacy, desirable
