What You’ll Need:

  • Personality: A bubbly, warm, and enthusiastic approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience: Whether from adult social care, children's services, or personal interest, your skills are valued.
  • Driving: A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
  • Engagement: Consistency, reliability, and a positive attitude to connect with the children.
  • Position Details:

  • Pay Rate: £11.92 - £12.54 
  • Shift Type: Variation of day shifts, night shifts and sleep ins on week days and weekends
  • Responsibilitles:  Provide consistent, reliable support to young people, primarily girls affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), engage in activities and hobbies with them, follow strict protocols regarding communication and safety, and collaborate closely with staff across multiple residential homes
  • This position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis. You will complete 500 hours with the support of AJ Recruitment, transitioning to a permanent role with our client upon completion of these hours.
