Assistant Tax Manager

The Role

This is a key role in the tax team. You will be supporting on various projects both here in the UK and across our site sin the US, Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Advisory:

  • Provide detailed tax advice on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax issues.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and risks.
  • Manage processes such as WHT, R&D credits, and support Transfer Pricing initiatives.

    • Tax Compliance and Reporting:

  • Assist in reviewing year-end tax provision accounting.
  • Review and prepare corporate tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with tax legislation and timely submission of required documents.
  • Assist with tax audits.

    • Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other functions to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
  • Support Tax Managers/Director across various workstreams.
  • Assist in developing and delivering internal training programs.

    • Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and best practices.
  • Enhance current processes and systems, and contribute to developing and implementing new processes for improved efficiency and service quality.
