Warehouse Daily Duties:

Monitor and reply to all incoming email enquiries from the Store mailbox.

Coordinate and book incoming deliveries.

Prepare and organise pallets for dispatch.

Create and manage FedEx shipments.

Sort and distribute post to site employees.

Organise international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

Create and manage Purchase Orders in SAP and Coupa.

Handle EDC returns efficiently.

Perform warehouse manual handling and operate forklifts as required.

Assist in inventory management, including stock counts

Conduct regular audits of warehouse safety and cleanliness.

Cover for Mike during his absence, ensuring all his responsibilities are met.

Ensure timely replenishment of warehouse supplies.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

Maintain an organised and clean warehouse layout.

Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.

Perform routine safety inspections and equipment , pallet wrapping)

Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations.

Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet customer expectations.

Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies and materials.

Manage International Shipments of Hazardous Goods

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Facilities Duties:

Change gas cylinders safely and in accordance with safety protocols.

Act as a key holder and emergency contact person.

Conduct weekly site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Manage the CMS Workshop

Order uniforms for all Thermo and Unity employees.

Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) as required.

Manage cabale management to ensure a tidy and safe work environment.

Serve as Fire Warden, conducting regular fire drills

Perform weekly fire alarm testing.

Undertake small maintenance jobs around the site, including minor repairs.

Manage site clearance, waste management, and disposal.

Perform weekly water tap flushing to maintain hygiene standards.

Conduct weekly checks on fridges and freezers to ensure proper operation.

Clean the backyard and jet wash emergency evacuation routes.

Maintain outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, parking lots, and walkways.

Maintain housekeeping standards on the mezzanine floor.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Ensure outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Assist with facility improvement projects and renovations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Cover reception duties during mornings and lunch breaks.

Assist in coordinating site events and meetings.

Monitor and reorder facility supplies, such as office consumables and cleaning products.

Maintain and update facility-related documentation and records.
