WRK Digital is delighted to have partnered exclusively with a growing online technology business in Leeds to recruit their first in-house Designer.

About the Role:
The Lead Designer will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the wider Marketing and Web Development team to enhance the company's online presence and ensure a seamless user experience. You will help evolve the organisation's existing 'look and feel' across 4 company websites and be tasked with strengthening its online and offline presence.
Included in this will be creating e-books, case studies, social posts, banners, emails, direct mail, event stands, and helping with web design.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will work on allocated design projects to meet deadlines and produce consistently excellent visual work and design ideas.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is essential.
- Have a solid understanding of working with corporate guidelines.
- Outstanding design portfolio covering a range of examples.
- Have creative flair and a strong eye for detail and layout precision.
- Great organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Confident and outgoing with the ability to use own initiative to prioritise workload.
- A good understanding of web design and WordPress would be advantageous.
- Basic photography and any drone photography would be advantageous.
The team enjoys their time together, and the business is working on-site from the company headquarters in Leeds city centre, easily accessible by train and car.
