    What’s involved?

    As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the whole of the kitchen – from cooking, menu development, writing out specifications for dishes to they are already perfect and running events with big teams of Chefs to make sure everything is to the standard they expect.

    You will need to be a driver with a clean license for this position.

    Our client would prefer someone with;

  • Michelin or Rosette experience
  • Happy in the winter when it is quieter to crack on with paperwork and development
  • Confident to run a team of 15 chefs on a 300 cover event
  • Used to developing flavours, making a dish have the best possible flavour it can
  • If you put the time and effort into this role, you will get a lot back from the company.
