HGV Class 1 Driver Nights – Newcastle upon Tyne

Logical Personnel Solutions are looking for a number of HGV Class 1 Driver (s) to fill jobs in Newcastle. The role will involve working Nights for a number of clients based in Newcastle, Gateshead , North and South Shields.

The work will be doing mainly trunk runs to various destinations across the UK network with general haulage.

You will be driving curtain sided vehicles mainly however there is some boxed class 1 vehicles.

You must be flexible in your work and start times as on occasiuon they run early or late within 1 hour.

Must hold a valid C+E licence along with a valid up to date Digicard and CPC. You must have no more than 6 points, for insurance purposes and these include no DR,DD,IN endorsements. Also 2 years driving experience is beneficial again for insurance criteria.

The work is Mainly Monday to Friday with potential of weekend work as the work increases.

Rates of pay are from £10.00 to £12.00 per hour and we welcome LTD company drivers as well.
