Support Worker 

1st Homecare, a specialist provider of personalised homecare support operating throughout Scotland. We provide a range of care and support services for vulnerable adults.

We’re seeking to recruit some great new support workers; people with the right values and attitude to work in our care service – could this be you?

About the role:

The role will include visiting several homes within a shift providing the people we support with daily living tasks which are inclusive of assisting with all aspects of personal care, meal preparation, meal being served, medication prompt, catheter care.

There are a range of different shift patterns available to fit in with any other commitments you may already have.

  • Salary: £12.00 per hour
  • Mileage paid at 30p per mile
  • We offer Full time, Part time, School hours, Job Shares, Bank/Relief and Social Support hours
  • Areas of work  -  Kilmarnock
  • Please note if you are not living in the East Aryshire area you would need to a be driver to be consirdered for this position 

    Full time hours – 7am - 2pm break – 3.30pm - 10pm

    Part time 7am - 2pm or 3.30pm - 10pm

    We also offer bank/relief hours where staff submit their availability 1 month in advance shifts can be allocated on an ad-hoc basis.
