The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on use of local produce, banqueting for 200 and with 24-hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from.
About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a dedicated and reliable Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team. This key role involves transporting staff members daily between Fleet, Church Crookham, and the Hotel. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our team members get to and from work safely and efficiently, supporting the seamless operations of our world-renowned hospitality service.
What you will do
Drive the shuttle bus between Fleet, Church Crookham, and Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, ensuring safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for staff members.
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained shuttle bus, performing basic checks and reporting any mechanical issues to management.
Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and other road users at all times.
Flexibility to work a 7-day operation, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays, based on the needs of the hotel and the staff schedule.
Communicate with hotel management and other team members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
What you will bring
Valid UK driving license with experience driving larger vehicles (passenger cars, minibuses, or buses)
Must hold a license eligible for mini bus service
A clean driving record with no serious violations.
Previous shuttle bus or transportation experience is an advantage but not required.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of a 7-day operation.
A passion for providing excellent service and contributing to the success of a world-class hotel.
