What You’ll Be Doing:
Join a supportive and experienced community team as a Band 6 Physiotherapist specialising in neuro rehab. In this role, you will:
- Provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation to adults with neurological conditions in the community
- Develop and deliver tailored treatment plans to improve function and quality of life
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and wider MDTs to coordinate holistic care
- Maintain detailed and timely patient documentation
- Participate in service development and team meetings
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid HCPC registration
- Experience in neuro rehab or community physiotherapy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- A passion for person-centred care
- Car driver NOT essential for this role
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, but part-time applicants will also be considered. The service can offer 1 day of remote working per week. The contract is ongoing, with a potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
