Start times between 12:00 - 16:00 (All drivers must be flexible for start times)
Sunday to Thursday with Friday Optional extra shift
Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 2 drivers for our client based in Newcastle- Under-Lyme.
PAYE rates for the role of HGV Class 1 driver are as follows:
- Sunday to Friday afternoons; £ per hour
- Overtime after 48 hours - £ per hour
Your Time at Work
As an HGV Class 2 driver, the work will involve Class 2 Store Delivery to high street locations. The work is double manned and will involve set routes and schedules. An element of handballing will be involved. Approximately 6-10 drops per route with an average day of 10-12 hours per shift. Assessment required and full induction provided for successful candidates. The work is ongoing with set Monthly schedules provided for the drivers.
Our Perfect Worker
As an HGV LGV Class 2 driver, you will ideally have -
- 1 year HGV driving experience required
- No more than 9 points
- Digi card and DQC
