Senior Sprayer Driver

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced tractor driver and sprayer operator to become a key part of our client’s farming operation in Norfolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including operating modern machinery, ensuring efficient crop production, and maintaining farm equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking farm with a hands-on approach to sustainability and environmental practices. Ongoing training and progression opportunities are available.
 
The Job:

  • Operate tractors and machinery (telehandlers, loading shovels, etc.)
  • Carry out drill and fertiliser applications
  • Perform cultivations and assist with root crop harvesting
  • Maintain accurate records for farming activities
  • Assist with hedge planting and other environmental schemes
  • Ensure quality and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Work independently and as part of a team
The Candidate:
  • Competent tractor driver with relevant experience
  • Telehandler and/or loading shovel certificates
  • PA1 and PA2 spraying certificates
  • Experience with drill and fertiliser applications
  • Strong background in cultivations and farming operations
  • Good communication skills and record-keeping ability
The Package:
  • Excellent rates of pay with an enhanced overtime hourly rate
  • Accommodation is available within the package
