Pay Rate: £35,
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday (10:00am start)
Location: Bristol - BS34 5TA

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Tonne Home Delivery Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Working alongside a drivers mate working a TUES-SAT AM shift carrying out Home Delivery's on behalf of our Client from our deopt .
  • The depot Is also commutable from Newport , Cwmbran & Chepstow .
  • Heavy Lifting involved , with two person lifting deliveries into the customers premises .
  • Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
  • Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

    • WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • You will need to hold a valid HGV Tonne Driving Licence (C1), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card / Hold a valid HGV Tonne Driving Licence (C1).
  • Experience with the Home Delivery of heavy items is desirable .
  • Great customer skills as delivering into homes on behalf of our client
