Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for Parcel Delivery Drivers to work out of their Depot in Newcastle under Lyme
For this Parcel Delivery Driver role, you will be responsible for:

  • You'll start your day for an hour or so in the local delivery office, sorting the parcels for your route, before taking out your van to complete your round.
  • You'll each be given a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures for deliveries and the round will take around 6 hours to complete.
  • The hand-held computer will also act as your routing system putting your round in the most economical route, telling you which house to go to next.

    • For this Parcel Delivery Driver role, you will need:
  • Full UK Licence
  • No more than 6 points
  • We deliver parcels come rain or shine, so we're looking for people who like being outdoors whatever the weather, you'll also be someone who likes the idea of doing a job that will help you keep fit.

    Location: Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire
    Contract: Temporary
    Hours: 30+ hours per week
    Shift: 13:30 - 19:30minimum 6-hour shifts. Working Monday to Saturday. You must be available to work Saturdays
    Hourly Rate: £13.37PH
