Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Mon - Fri ( Day time only)
Location: Manchester M32 OUT

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Act as the first point of contact for any queries
  • Ensure that all compliance audit data is prepared accurately and periodic reporting is completed
  • Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective communication
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Monitor and track MOT records and inspection processes

  • Must have experience of working within a Transport Compliance Environment
  • On-going sharing of consistency, good practice initiatives and support within AMCoE team
  • Able to work towards and meet set deadlines
  • Able to demonstrate a strong level of knowledge on excel.
