HGV Driver, Darlington

The Best Connection are recruiting a HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Tramper Driver for our client based in Darlington. These positions are an immediate start and on an ongoing position.

The role includes:

  • Deliveries to customers’ depots nationwide, does not require much handball
  • Majority of deliveries are loaded/unloaded via forklift truck.

    • Hours of work:

  • Drivers will work Monday to Friday.
  • Early start Monday morning (approx. 4.30pm) finishing Friday afternoon

    • Pay Rates:

  • £15.14 per hour basic rate for first 50 hours worked
  • £22.71 per hour overtime rate after first 50 hours worked
  • £25.00 per night out (Tax free)
