Class 2 Driver for Event Set-Up
Location: Rugby
Job Type: Temporary with Potential for Permanent Position
Hours: 30+ per week
Pay: £15 per hour

Job Description:

As a Class 2 Driver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Thursday (Start Date) : Load the truck with event equipment.
  • Friday: Drive to the event location and assist with the set-up.
  • Sunday and Monday: Help dismantle and load the equipment back onto the truck and drive it back to the depot.

    • Additional responsibilities include:

  • Route Planning: Plan your routes to ensure timely arrival at event sites.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with team members during loading, set-up, and breakdown processes.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

    • Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving License.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
