The Best Connection Bedford are currently seeking Warehouse operatives for a fantastic company in Biggleswade Bedfordshire to work in their state of the art brand new site in ambient and frozen temperatures - immediate starts available and great rates of pay.

The Shift pattern is Sunday - Thursday night shifts from 17.30hrs - 06.00hrs, pay rate is £14 per hour, overtime rates are paid after working 45 hours.

Responsibilities of the FLT operative include:

  • Pick and pack products load/unload goods, including fresh foods according to customer orders
  • Picking Orders through voice technology - you will be wearing a headset
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet and achieve Warehouse KPIs
  • Use MHE handling equipment if required - full training will be provided!
  • Loading products making sure that they are arranged and stored correctly to health and safety standards.

    • Requirements of the FLT operative

  • Attention to detail.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Good accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to target.
  • PC literate.
  • This is a physical role that will involve manual handling, candidates must be comfortable in this role
  • Experience of working in multi- temperature environments, PPE will be provided.
  • Candidates must hold valid in date LLOP or Reach Truck Licenses
