This is a full time, office based role with a start date of July 2025

We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Personal
Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD). This role will serve as the
first point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders,
ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of various administrative
tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking,
have excellent grammar, and be able to maintain confidentiality and
professionalism in all aspects of the job. V
ery occasional travel within the Northwest region may be required.



Role specification:



  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to
    the Managing Director, including calendar management and prioritisation,
    scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements, including coordinating the
    activities of the Company Driver.
  • Communication:
    Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, managing
    calls, emails, and correspondence, and prioritising requests effectively.
  • Document Preparation: Produce, format, and proofread confidential
    emails, letters, reports, and other business documents for the MD, ensuring
    they are completed to a high standard and filed appropriately.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise, set reminders, and attend meetings, prepare
    agendas, taking minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate complex travel plans, including
    flights, accommodation, and itineraries for the MD and other Senior Leadership
    Team Members as needed.
  • Confidentiality:
    Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring that
    business matters are conducted with professionalism and integrity.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, handle mail, and ensure
    the office space for the MD is organised and maintained to a high standard.
  • Project Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support on specific projects or
    initiatives as requested by the MD, helping to streamline workflows and ensure
    deadlines are met.
  • Event Planning:
    Assist in organising company events and conferences hosted by the MD or JW
    Lees, including liaising with venues, producing invitations and representing
    the company on occasion as required.


















Required Experience:



  • Proven
    experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar
    administrative role.
  • Strong
    organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
    fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills, including superb grammar.
  • Proficient
    IT skills, including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
    Outlook, and other internal Company Systems.
  • Strong
    attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Ability
    to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong
    problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Exceptional
    time management and multitasking skills.
  • Flexible
    and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
