Job Description
The Finance Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
Monitoring the accounts inbox
Manage financial transactions and records
Inputting invoices onto SAP - Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
Producing driver timesheets
General administration
Support with H&S
Managing supplier portals for orders
Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
Assist the senior staff members with various tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
Previous strong finance administration experience
High attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Able to work well in a team and support wider team when required
Excellent organisational abilities.
Professional attitude to work.
What's on Offer
A yearly salary range of £25,000 - £28,000.
