Working as part of our friendly training team. Join our Training you will deliver both classroom-based and on-road driver training to new and existing employees. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day progress of their trainees.

  • Ensuring the safety of trainees, whilst under instruction.

  • Teaching trainees the technical skills required to drive a bus safely, economically and with due regard for the environment.

  • Ensuring trainees are prepared to meet the standard required to pass their DVSA Module 3, driving test element.

  • Teaching their trainees DVSA Module 4 practical demonstration and ensuring they possess the knowledge to pass.

  • Coaching trainees in the soft skills that support technical standards.

  • Carrying out Pre-Employment Assessments, (PEAs) driver development training and classroom work where required.
