A key part of the UK & Ireland Partner and Courier Marketing team, the Senior B2B Activation Manager will lead their own team (2 direct reports) to work with Just Eat food delivery partners (restaurant and grocery) and couriers, with an ultimate focus on driving consumer brand awareness, orders to our partners and courier performance. This team plays an important role in Just Eat’s continued success in a highly competitive sector, by finding creative, effective and efficient ways to leverage our diverse audiences (restaurant, grocery and courier) to drive Just Eat brand visibility on the streets.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Responsible for branded merchandise selection, planning, budgeting and delivery in to market
- Own the partner & courier branding strategy and budget, to establish the most effective and efficient ways of maximising brand awareness on the streets
- Own partner and courier branding distribution activities, and manage stock requirements with the Buying & Logistics team in line with the teams’ plans and needs
- Build innovative and impactful branding toolkits for restaurants and grocers to promote their partnership with Just Eat, accounting for variations in partner type, location, consumer perceptions and beyond
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our diverse partner and courier audience, to identify the best ways to drive engagement and kit usage based on their needs and wants
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to identify new branding avenues and opportunities, ensure a seamless activation experience and maximise buying & distribution efficiencies
- Own KPI reporting and performance forecasting across the partner estate and courier network on a national and local level, identifying & improving upon opportunity areas
- Manage a multiple agency relationships including setting goals, tracking performance and ensuring delivery of desired objectives & outcomes
- Develop and retain a high performing B2B Activation team of 2
What will you bring to the table?
- Field/in-store marketing or brand activation experience is preferred
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience with digital marketing
- Organised, commercially driven, proactive and entrepreneurial mentality
- Excellent communication skills, collaborative, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
- Proven leader with record of nurturing and supporting team members
