Payroll Analyst

Contract Type: 12-month FTC
Location: Gatwick - RH6 0JW
Hybrid working

DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business is seeking a Payroll Analyst to play a vital role within our Finance function, performing all accounting processes for their respective operation.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitor and support the Payroll data collection process at allocated sites
  • Adhere to payroll data and analysis deadlines to facilitate payroll processing
  • Support the creation of SmartTime (Kronos T&A) data and TRS data from sites to ensure a smooth transfer to payroll data to live payroll
  • Monthly checking and reconciliation of site payroll reports
  • Manage daily workflow tasks completing in line with agreed SLAs
