Job description

Working as part of the UK SOF, OF Europe team and working closely with Category Development and Marketing Manager, these would be some of your main responsibilities :

  • Help develop & implement best in class eCommerce conversion marketing plans to grow Biscoff sales across SB, SS, IC & CF across UK retailers including eTailers e.g., Ocado but excluding Amazon 

  • Build, maintain & develop a UK SOF Biscoff Digital Activation Toolkit which identifies the most appropriate & cost effective .com “Conversion to Purchase” strategies & tactics for each customer e.g., Paid Search, Banner Ads 

  • Manage all Retail Media Digital Marketing Activation providers e.g., dh, Citrus 

  • Working alongside Retail NAMs, help build & deploy the perfect e-Store within customer remit 

  • Manage all aspects of BrandBank 

  • Be responsible for flawless, end to end individual eCommerce campaign planning, management & execution 

  • Build & maintain a comprehensive eCommerce PCA Performance Insights library 

  • Manage all aspects of virtual eCommerce investment budget across NAM/Marketing budgets

    Ideal candidate: 

  • best in class, continuous, digital marketing experience on challenger/small to medium FMCG brand

  • min 3-5 years practical hands-on experience of eCommerce & digital activation. 

  • extensive, hands-on experience with min x2 top 7 FMCG retailers. 

  • passion for FMCG 

  • “constantly curious” mindset 

  • exceptionally talented organisational skills. 

  • excellent communicator with proven & solid presentation skills to retailers/internal senior personnel. 

  • working with a fast paced, challenging business environment. 

  • ability to adapt with constant change & unforeseen challenges in a positive, “can do” way.

    - Highly advanced user of all key eCommerce activation platforms e.g., Citrus

    - excellent written & verbal communication skills.

    This role will be expected to travel to customer meetings at head offices throughout the UK. The role is based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
