We are currently working with an award-winning communications agency working at the heart of the arts, culture, and heritage sectors.
Their clients include internationally renowned organisations such as Audible, Affordable Art Fair, World Book Night and BookTrust, much loved festivals including Henley Festival, S.O.U.L. Fest and Cliveden Literature Festival
The Role:
Their new Digital Marketing Account Manager/Senior Account Manager (dependent on experience) will have the opportunity to work on an incredible range of arts, culture & entertainment clients spanning books, music, visual arts, live events, prizes, exhibitions, festivals, and beyond
As an agency that lives and breathes all things culture, our client are looking for someone who shares our passion for books, culture, heritage and the arts.
The ideal candidate will be a creative, social media savvy digital marketer, with a flair for design and creating memorable, visually striking consumer-facing campaigns. You will be an expert at account management, live and breathe social media, have proven experience in fostering strong client relationships, and a talent for copywriting and messaging.
The responsibilities of the role:
Experience and skills:
Proven track record in managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels & media, including content creator campaigns
Excellent design skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign
Strong understanding of social media/digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Experience delivering paid social and search projects – including Meta, Google and Amazon – and evaluating and sharing results
Portfolio of high-quality creative work, showcasing effective visual and written communication skills
Good understanding of digital & social analytics
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects & accounts in a fast-paced environment
Culture vulture for books, culture and the wider arts
Excellent organisational and time management skills
