Your new role

Reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services, being the SME for employee relations for a UK headcount of 900 front office. You'll be well versed in HR operations, with the ability to lead onplex ER cases.

  • Fullgeneralist and operational remit across Europe – act as an advisor foremployees on all HR related queries and driver of core People Operationsworkflows

  • Mobility &Onboarding including relocation, new EMEA offices, background checks,onboarding and visa

  • Delivery of New HireOrientation for all EMEA employees; liaising with Legal andpliance,Technology and Workplace colleagues on relevant training and all regulatory approved positions under SMCR

  • Recruitment - Offerletters, salary negotiation, onboarding

  • Data and Risk -Monthly KPI reports for Remco and ExCo

  • Employee relations -Lead investigations, performance and leavers

  • Policy review andcreation

  • Projects - lead on all HR projects setting up new entities globally

    • What you'll need to succeed

  • Recent experience inHR Service Delivery / HR operations

  • Experience infinancial services with most recent role being responsible for firm wide SMCR

  • Workday experience aplus

  • Ability to work 5 days a week - Liverpool Street / Moorgate
