About The Team
Our THG Studios client services team works across a wide range of commercial clients from large FMCG brands, travel, entertainment and fashion. The team provides support across a wide range of media including lifestyle and packaging design and shoots, social media output and a range of other digital and physical media. Working as part of a wider team including designers, artworkers, project managers, producers and strategy, the team ensures that the clients requirements and vision are realised. The team also work closely with our new business function throughout the onboarding process and then into exploring growth opportunities as relationships develop.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Administration
• Ability to produce timing plans, contact reports and estimates accurately without prompting
• Works methodically to meet deadlines
• Regularly reviews progress on tasks
• Shows attention to detail and minimizes internal errors
• Updated plans as briefings/timings change
• Shows the ability to identify resource needed to achieve goals (i.e. pre-planning work in studio)
Communication
• Develop and lead relationships with client, account team and studio – approachable and professional
• Provides rationale and objective reasoning rather than opinion to qualify work
• Provides timely and constructive feedback to move projects forward
• Shares information without prompting
• Ability to present design adaptations with passion, and fill the client with confidence that they are in challenging but safe pair of hands
• Gears style, dependent on who they’re talking to
• Effectively negotiates with team members and clients to get best results
Business Development
• On top of organic growth, active involvement in business growth (existing clients)
Accountability
• Be the day to day driver behind design projects
• Run projects from start to finish
• Works on own initiative
• Ability to manage up, where appropriate
Finance
• Recognises how to maximise profit on a job by value pricing to client and reducing inefficiencies in the briefing process
• Continuous invoicing of completed jobs and has a thorough understanding of the billing system
• Maintains and upholds Company financial procedures
• Deliver on financial targets
