HGV Class 2 Driver Jobs – Rotherham

Logical Personnel Solutions are acting as an employment business on behalf of our client based in Rotherham. Our client is a general haulage distributor in the UK delivering palletised goods. We are looking for HGV Class 2 Driver / 7.5 tonne driver to fill jobs in Rotherham, who can complete multi-drop deliveries of palletised goods to customers across South Yorkshire- Local deliveries, fridge work with no manual work.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid CPC, Digi Card and Driving Licence.
  • Own PPE (Safety boots, Hi Vis Vest, work wear)
  • Held your licence for minimum 2 years

    • JOB ROLE:

  • Drive a HGV Class 2 Vehicle throughout the shift with multiple deliveries (10-20 Drops on Average)
  • All deliveries are curtainsider pallet work, with no loose goods that need offloading manually.
  • Carry out POD’s and delivery note procedures.

    • WORKING DAYS AND HOURS:

  • Monday-Friday Days
  • Start times: 03:00/07:00
  • Monday – Friday Nights
  • Start times: 12:00 – 18:00
  • On average a 8-12 hours shift

    • PAY RATES:

    Class 2 Days:

  • Basic Days Monday – Friday – £10ph
  • Basic Nights Monday – Friday – £11ph

    • Long term / permanent positions available
