Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer an annual salary of £14.72 per hour, working pattern - 1 Sunday in 4 weeks = 1x Sun to Thurs & 3x Mon to Fri. Guaranteed 55 hours a week. We offer 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks including ongoing training and development.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Delivering high end kitchens across the UK.
- Average 5-8 deliveries/drops per day
- Face to face interaction with all customers.
- Average of 3-4 nights bunking with a Porter as part of a 2 persons team.
- PDA scanners to confirm all deliveries.
- Lifting and carrying kitchen goods to sites and customers so you must be able to lift heavy loads safely – Aids are supplied (Pump truck and Sack Barrows).
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Full C (Class 2).
- Digi card and up to date CPC.
- No more than 6 points on your licence with no DD, DR, or IN Endorsements.
- FORs Silver Standard driver – SUD training, FORs E-Learning completed to Silver standard.
- CSCS Green labourer card to be completed within the first 3 months of employment.
- Professional Customer services.
- Uniform, PPE, Hygiene and Cleanliness must be maintained to a high standard daily.
