Job Title: HGV1 Store Delivery Driver
Locations: Falkirk CDC and Grangemouth ADC
Pay: Ranging from £14.02 - £16.84
Shifts: Start Times from 20:00 - 03:00, main supply days Thursday - Monday

Role Overview:

  • Ensure the safe, efficient transport of goods from distribution centers to stores. Maintain product integrity and deliver excellent customer service. Once you have passed the client lead assessment you will be garunteed shifts.

    • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate HGV1 vehicle safely to transport goods.
  • Load/unload goods securely.
  • Perform vehicle inspections pre/post-trip.
  • Plan delivery routes considering traffic and schedules.
  • Maintain delivery/mileage records.
  • Comply with traffic/safety regulations, including hours and weight limits.
  • Communicate with dispatch and store personnel.
  • Provide professional customer service.
  • Use telemetric and route plans.
  • Handle goods to prevent damage.
  • Report vehicle malfunctions or safety concerns.

    • Qualifications:
  • HGV Class 1 Licence (min 2 years experience)
  • CPC
  • Digi Card
  • Max 6 points on license
  • Map reading ability
  • Physical fitness
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Client-led induction and driving assessment
