Warehouse/Forklift Operative, £12.45ph, working 4 days on and 4 days off, 12-hour shifts - 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am alternating, free on-site parking, 28 days paid leave, pension.

One of the UK's leading distribution companies has an exciting new opening for an additional Warehouse/Forklift Operative for their Melksham site.

The Warehouse/Forklift Operative role has a variety of tasks which include:

  • Picking and packing goods using a hand-held scanner.
  • Stock management and rotation.
  • Quality control and vehicle checks.
  • VNA forklift operating (Full can training provided).
  • Adhering to all company health and safety regulations.

    • Previous VNA forklift truck experience would be highly advantageous however, if you have operated an alternative forklift vehicle and have the willingness to learn, full training can be provided.

    The ability to work independently and astutely within a busy and highly productive environment is essential for this role.
