Aviation Recruitment Network have an exciting opportunity for newly passed Class 1 drivers in the Slough area. This is a trunking role for a leading logistics company with day shifts and night shifts available. You will be responsible for the safe movement of goods and trailers across the UK. IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE!!!

This is a trunking role where you will be responsible for the safe movement of goods and trailers across the UK.

HGV Class 1 driver: you will need:

  • UK Driving licence, maximum 6 points
  • A valid CPC licence.
  • Digi Tacho Card
    • HGV Class 1 driver role: you will receive:  
  • PAYE: Pay rates days £17.50 ph. Nights £18.50 ph. Overtime £20.00 ph.
  • Umbrella: Pay rates days £19.00 ph. Nights £22.00 ph. Overtime £25.00 ph.
  • Weekly pay.
  • 8 hours work guaranteed per day.
    • HGV Class 1 driver: duties will include:
  • Delivering and collecting of trailers.
  • Ensuring the vehicle and product is secure at all times. 
  • Operating within all transport legislation. 
  • Managing paperwork and keeping accurate records. 
    • This position will ideally suit individuals who have previously worked as a driver or are currently working within transport and logistics who want local regular continuous work.
