Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management :
Manage warehouses in compliance with ISO standards, company processes, and policies.
Audit and report inventory levels.
Recommend orders and restocks.
Ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
Stock Control :
Maintain stock availability to meet deadlines.
Ensure accurate stock picking for events.
Report discrepancies to senior management and monitor outcomes.
Health & Safety :
Maintain health and safety standards across multiple sites.
Ensure safe loading and unloading of event trucks.
Daily Operations :
Receive, control, and unload deliveries.
Supervise staff and assist with unloading.
Operate a forklift to move goods.
Update stock control systems and check stock levels regularly.
Event Support :
Select and prepare academic dress for large graduation events.
Provide regular stock reports to senior managers.
