Description

We are currently recruiting for 2x Band 6 CPN/RMNs to work for our client in the Wolverhampton area on a 3 month contract.
This role will involve working on the Crisis Home Treatment team, duties included but not limited too:
Responsibility for management of stock ordering for medication, equipment and clients’ essential needs.
Providing high level of communication and relationship skills with clients, carers and other professionals.
Accept referrals and provide further assessments for service user’s on the caseload
Responsibility of acting as duty manager on a regular rota system, involving the management of time, use of organisational and delegation skills.
This role will offer you the opportunity to work hours a week across 7 days.
As this role is within the community the successful person will need to be a car driver with access to their own vehicle.
